How to use essential oils for Anxiety & Stress
Whenever you are feeling a little overwhelmed just a simple sniff of your favorite calming essential oil can help greatly. Before an important meeting or anything causing nervousness simply keep a couple drops of an essential oil on a paper towel and smell as needed!
Apply a blend of 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Chamomile and 5 drops of Jasmine mixed with 1oz (30ml) of any carrier oil, and rub onto the wrists or back of the neck or even the soles of the feet and allow the magic to happen.
